Greg Lee - Lead PastorMy name is Greg Lee and I'm the pastor at West Hartselle Baptist Church. I've been married for 33 years to Debbie, a teacher at Crestline Elementary. We have two grown sons, Jordan and Jarrett, who live in Huntsville. I engage in all ministries of the church, but my primary responsibilities at West Hartselle include preaching the Word and casting the Vision. My heart is focused on Christ’s commands to proclaim the Gospel, go after the one, welcome the prodigal and compel people to come be part of the Kingdom.

Jamie Roden - Discipleship & OutreachMy name is Jamie Roden, and I am the Discipleship & Outreach Pastor at West Hartselle. I have been happily married to my best friend, Leah Roden, for 34 years. We have two daughters, Emily and Allie. Emily is married and lives in Auburn. She and her husband Wally have blessed us with two grandchildren, a grandson, Tripp, and a granddaughter, Austin . Allie graduated from the Aveda Institute in Birmingham and is currently living and woking there.
Leah and I were blessed when God led us back home to WHBC almost two years ago to continue following Jesus and making disciples in our own home town. Our number one goal is to help our church family carry out the church’s vision of leading people to a new life in Jesus Christ. One tool we use to make disciples and minister to people in the community is our Life Group ministry. We also strive to make guests and members feel welcome and connect with Christian friends by leading our Guest Services ministry. |

Jessie Alford - Children's MinisterMy name is Jessie Alford and I'm the Childrens minister at West Hartselle Baptist Church. I am passionate about the local church, Hartselle Community, and the gospel. I have been honored to be on staff at West Hartselle since 2022 and have been amazed at what God has done through our faithfulness. I am married to my handsome husband the Andrew Alford and 2 wonderful children, Emily and Madison. I am convinced through, the study of scripture that Childrens Ministry is not babysitting, but the posture of ones heart in adoration and reverence. My passion is to see a Childrens ministry that is Christ centered, intimate, authentic, and one that unifies and edifies the body and most importantly glorifies Jesus. Our sole purpose is to point people to Christ and disciple them to Glorify God, pursue truth, and serve their families, church, and community!

Andrew Alford- Worship LeaderMy name is Andrew Alford and I'm the worship leader at West Hartselle Baptist Church. I am passionate about the Gospel, the local church, and the Hartselle community. I have been honored to be on staff at West Hartselle since 2021 and have been amazed at what God has done through our faithfulness. I am married to my beautiful wife Jessie Alford and have 2 precious children, Madison and Emily. I am convinced, through the study of the Scripture, that worship is not music but is the posture of one’s heart in reverence and adoration.
